Joy's professional career started at Aspen Properties, where she quickly made a name for herself as Manager of Office Services, then at Respect Group Inc. as Director of Public Relations, and most recently as Human Resources Manager at a medical clinic encompassing clinical research, dermatology, and family medicine. Her innovative approach and relentless drive led to significant accomplishments, including participating on senior management teams, assisting with company growth, and collaborating on three company start-ups and one closure.
Throughout her career, Joy has held various influential positions in office management, practice management, and human resources management, and has been instrumental in successfully running the administrative side of businesses.
